The latest ad from Republican Representative Allen West highlights the strong anti-religious movement within the Democrat party. The Democrats had taken out the only reference to God that was in the Democrat platform. In this attempt to put the only reference to God back into the platform, you can hear roughly half of the the Democrat delegates opposing the move.

Even though two-thirds of the delegate’s votes were required to put the reference to God back into the platform, the party heads over-ruled the motion and put “God” back in. They only did this because they feared the inevitable backlash. They will still take every opportunity they can to remove God from American society, as long as they can keep it in the deep, dark shadows.
